suicide
It’s sad to believe that there have been numerous suicide cases across the world. Suicide is never easy to discuss, but talking about it may save some lives especially if it’s you or someone close to you. The last time I saw someone hanging on a tree, I wondered what could have stimulated the person to do so. However, on a careful study, I listed the following to be a cause
• Loneliness
• Abuse
• Depression
• Guilt
• Rejection
• Deep sadness
• Helplessness
• Pain
When a person’s thoughts get so negative, about their circumstances or even about themselves, they can’t find a reason to live. They think their problems are unsolvable and they feel completely out of control.
Most often, suicide is as a result of spiritual battles. They have been people who have attempted suicide many times without knowing why they are about doing.
Suicide seems to happen everywhere. The following countries includes places where it happens most.
 Guyana, a largely rural country at the Northeastern edge of South America and home to about 740,000 people, has the highest suicide rate in the world.
 Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the northerly neighbor of South Korea, ended up even worse in this WHO statistics. The notoriously restrictive environment of the country, human rights violations, economic hardship and stress are among the main reasons why more than 10,000 North Korea people take their own lives every year.
 South Korea, boast of numerous world’s primacies including the fastest internet connection, super modern technologies, one of the world’s best education and health care, etc. south Korea has a shockingly high suicide rate. Main type of suicide is through poisoning.
 Sri Lanka, through its development still has a high rate of suicide. Hanging and poisoning are the most common suicide methods in the country.
The list continues. Lets add more countries still following the order. Others includes the following:
 Lithuania
 Suariname
 Mozambique
 Tanzania
 Nepal
 Kazakhstan
There are a lot of countries on the highest rank. However, suicide happens almost everywhere and happens to every person.
Before a person commits suicide, he or she must think about this,
 Where do you think you will be once you open your eyes after your death? You will see people see you dead and crying. It is then you will feel BAD for committing the act. How will you feel once you open your eyes and instead of been free as you perceived rather in torments?
 People often turn to suicide because they are seeking relief from pain. Remember that relief is a feeling. And you have to be alive to feel it. You will not feel the relief you so desperately seek, if you are dead.
 People will surely miss you once you dead. Don’t do.
 There is always a reason to live. It might not be clear right now. You don’t know what you will become once you continue to stay alive.
 Killing yourself is never worth it. You’ll hurt both yourself and all the people you care about.
 Nobody is going to be like you ever, so embrace your uniqueness!
 If you end your life, you’re stopping yourself from achieving great things.
 Before committing suicide, ask yourself why you think God created you. Don’t always listen to the voice which says you are not worth. Get closer to people and let the loneliness go.

There are a number of reasons why one must not commit suicide and these are just few. Our doors are always open to help you. Just message me or contact me on 233540630455. Feel free. God bless you.

                                                                                                       WHY DO MEN CHEAT?
There are reasons galore why men pull wool over the eyes of their wives. Oftentimes, it's out of spite and neglect, while the other times, it's because they feel they will never be caught.

1. Disturbance in the marriage as the primary reason
When there are regular fights at home with his wife, which are left unresolved, a pattern sets in wherein he continues to be unhappy and 'disturbed'. In this kind of a scenario, either he can fight or he can flee. When he looks for an affair, he is looking to flee from dealing with the issues in the marriage, and be comfortable with that 'other person'. It is telling oneself that the problems do not affect anyone and life can continue in a better way with a parallel support.

2. Cheating men report boredom led to the affair
Some men may find the routine of a married life to be tedious and dull. These men find it easier to shift dominance or primacy to another relationship and feel the spark outside to be a thrilling option; instead of finding ways of charging their marriage. It becomes present moment for gratification versus the hard job that they will have to do in their marriage to resolve an issue. The extra-marital relationship provides them with a readymade and fresh experience, which is appealing enough to take the risk.

3. Cheating men love to experiment sexually
Sex has always been and will always be an integral part of a marriage. While some men are quite content spending the rest of their lives having sex with the same wife for many years, others prefer to experiment more as a need, rather than as an option. They want to sleep with many women, many times, and therefore do not think twice before an extra-marital alliance. It perhaps makes them feel sexually powerful and more adept than others.

4. Cheating men are emotionally dissatisfied
When their wives are too busy with their own lives, working or bringing up children or even looking after in-laws and parents, emotionally, men are left high and dry. But men are emotionally driven beings too. They want their wives to show them that they're appreciated, and they want women to understand how hard they're trying to get things right. Most men consider it unmanly to ask for a pat on the back, which is why their emotional needs are often overlooked. Sometimes the couple may not be compatible so however much the wife may do, the man will always find something to complain about.

It may also happen that the woman he cheats with is his co-worker or boss, someone who praises him, looks up to him, and compliments his efforts. That's another reason why it's so critical that he feel valued at home.

5. Cheating men have a history of EMR
Some men, in their childhood, may have witnessed cheating in their parent's marriage. This somewhere gives them a message that it is okay to cheat, even though deep inside they know this is wrong. All of us learn from our parents, so taking the risk is good enough. This acquired learning also happens through cheating resorts taken by elder siblings, neighbours, peer group and everybody who has been impacted. Sometimes as teenagers and young adults, some men have had multiple relationships, these men either intentionally or accidentally end up going back to their ex-girlfriends. The other lot goes back to their past style of having multiple relationships. It is well said, what a mind thinks, achieves. So there are females also who are either consciously or unconsciously looking for such men.

6. Cheating men have wives who cheat
Men also take revenge with their cheating wives, by having multiple relationships themselves. Even if their wives are guilty and come accept their extra-marital relationships, some men continue with their tricks. This is mostly done by men who don't want to forgive their spouses.

7. Cheating men think it to be 'divorce'
Some men are willfully adulterous and use it as a means for acquiring divorce. The law also considers adultery as a fair ground for the wife to seek a divorce. The man is cheating openly and is in a non-receptive mood, taking the wife's feelings of frustration to an all-time high. Although this percentage is less but it is there.

8. Cheating men need to be needed
When men feel that they are not needed by their wife anymore, they look out for some other woman, who can understand them and make them feel special. As an obvious outcome of a new relationship, they get that feeling from the other woman. And suddenly when they are showered with attention, which they haven't received in a very long time in their marriage, they toss their hands in the air and get deep into the new hot and happening relationship.

“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails.” —I Corinthians 13:4-8a (NIV)

This verse describes the characteristics of true love. These qualities can certainly be found in the person of Jesus Christ, and they can be found in all truly loving relationships. The problem with trying to “find” love in our dating lives, is that too often we don't look for these characteristics. Rather we look at physical appearance, popularity, or wealth. These are not the qualities that God looks at and neither should we.
But the LORD said to Samuel, “…The LORD does not look at the things man looks at. Man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart.”
—I Samuel 16:7b (NIV)
Love is best seen as devotion and action, not an emotion. Love is not exclusively based on how we feel. Certainly our emotions are involved, but they cannot be our only criteria for love. True devotion will always lead to action—true love.
Dear children, let us not love with words or tongue but with ACTIONS and in truth.
      I John 3:18 (NIV)
Christ was devoted to us enough to give his own life for us (Romans 5:8), even when he didn't feel like it (Matthew 26:39).
Sex is not love! Our culture has taught us that sex and love are one in the same. This is a lie. Sex is a beautiful God-given activity that is wonderful when practiced within the boundaries of a Biblical marriage. Sex is the completion of the binding of two people within Biblical marriage; it is a God-given gift.
Pre-marital sex
Because premarital sex is not love, it only leads to pain and disappointment for those who are seeking that love. The Bible says that when two people are married, they become one flesh (Ephesians 5:31). Sex is consummation of that union. When two people break off their relationship after having sex, it is like ripping apart flesh. This is why two teenagers will struggle so much and become so dependent on those they give their bodies to. In light of I Corinthians 13:4-8 (above), it is easy to see that premarital sex is not patient, it is not kind, it does not protect, it is self-seeking. It is not love!

Identifying true love
We can only identify true love and know when we have found it, based on the Word of God. When we match our relationships up to what the Bible says that love is—and we are honestly prepared to make a life-long commitment to that person—then we can say that we are truly “in love.” The three keys to that statement are:
We have to…
1. …look at the Word of God
2. …be completely honest with ourselves
3. …understand the level of commitment that comes with true love

There have been several times where the term spiritual marriage has been mentioned. We hear about it in church, communities and almost in every conversation. However, we or others might have little knowledge into what spiritual marriage is all about. I will like us to spend just a little moment of our time exploring into all the deeper secrets about this topic.
I believe it is helpful to begin by defining marriage itself.
What is marriage?
According to Merriam Webster dictionary marriage is
1. The state of being united to a person of the opposite sex…in a consensual and contractual relationship recognized by law.
2. The institution whereby individuals are joined in marriage
3.   An intimate or close union.
Marriage, therefore is a legal entity recognized by the society and something seen as a social responsibility. In a place like Ghana, when a woman or man refuses to marry at some certain stage in life, such a person is frown upon and sometimes not given special duties to perform. In some Christian denominations, people who wished to be ordained as pastors must marry before given such a privilege. All these illustrations shows how important Marriage is.
What is Spiritual marriage?
Whenever we say “spirit”, then we try to mean something which is beyond human calculations or dimensions. If we say, “this is a spiritual entity”, then we try to mean something which can only be seen with the third eye.
With this same illustrations, spiritual marriage can be defined in this way;
1. The state of being united to a spiritual entity in a consensual and contractual relationship recognized by spiritual laws.
2. The state of being united to a spiritual entity without been informed or marriage done against your will.
From the above definitions, spiritual marriage can be seen in two ways. That is, in short, by your wish and according to a contract and also against your will and ability. That is, been married without a say. Now, let’s dig deeper into the two definitions above.
Spiritual marriage by agreement
There are times where people decides to marry through spiritual means by agreement. That is, you have a knowledge on what is going to happen. In Christianity, once a person accepts Christ into his or her life, the person is legally married to God. In this case, God begins to cater for your wellbeing and everything that matters your life. This is spiritual marriage by agreement.
In another illustration, somebody wishing to join an occult group might also agree to marry some spiritual wives or husbands so he or she may perform some certain task. This is also marriage by agreement.
Spiritual marriage without agreement
When a spiritual marriage goes against your will, you can agree without doubt that you have been used without coming into consensus with that entity. In this type of marriage, the other been used will face some problems. The good news is that, there are signs which will reveal signs of someone been married spiritually. In the next few lines, we will explore such areas.
More on Spiritual marriage
In spiritual terms, a man is married by a spirit wife named as “Succubus” and a woman is married spiritually by a spirit husband named “Incubus”. These might sound funny but very true. A person might get married through agreement or without such. However, the various problems are usually the same. Let’s go in deeper now.
How a person gets married spiritually?
I guess this might be a question you really want an answer for. There are many ways a person can get a spiritual marriage contract. Let me mention few. You will be shock to find out that all these are very common today and this reveals why Spiritual marriages are widely spoken of today. The following ways includes the avenue through which a person can get married spiritually;
1. Through pornographic materials;
Most pornographic materials like the magazines, pictures and videos are carried by demons. Majority are done by people who are demonically motivated. A person who spends more time watching and enjoying these can easily be used up.
2. Through Ancestral spirits;
In some parts of the world, People put belief in ancestors. Sometimes, they even cook and keep some for their dead family members. People who spend time worshipping these dead spirits can easily be married.
3. Through witchcraft;
In most part of the world, a lot of people are married through witchcraft. This is dark magic where a person uses up the other blindly. The person been used up will experience some signs which will reveal him or her been married spiritually.
4. By contract;
Some people in their quest for power may be contacted by demons to allow marriage. In this case, it is contract marriage. The person is aware of this and the effect is also the same as one been used without knowledge.
5. Through sex;
In our world today where people have sex almost everywhere and with any other person, the degree of someone permitting a spiritual marriage is high. Someone, been married spiritually can extend to another through sex and any other sexually motivated way.
6. Through lifestyles;
This is a broad field. In the spiritual realm, there are more demons moving about and willing to occupy or possess people who allow them. In our world today, anything which is hot and sexy and tends to pull men can also pull demons too. When a man or woman chooses to dress sexily, or baths at the wrong place, such a person can easily be married spiritually.
7. Through Inheritance;
A person can inherit spiritual marriage from another. This can be in a family line. Especially when the demon is present in the family and moves from one person to the other once the person been occupied is dead. It’s just like taking over the properties of a mum or dad. In this same way, demons tends to inherit the souls of the living.
8. Through rape;
In my other explanation on sex, I made mention of a person taking over when such an activity occurs. In the same way, one can also be married spiritually through rape which is also another form of sexual activity.
There are many avenues through which a person can be married. However, these are the most rated moment of spiritual marriage. Now, lets us look at the next thing on this important discussion.
What are the signs of Spiritual marriage?
Just as a person exhibits some signs when he or she is been attacked by malaria, the same way is seen once a person is married spiritually. There are a number of signs however, I would like to mention the most important ones.
1. Constant and unprecedented sexual activity in dreams.
2. Becoming pregnant in dream.
3. Nursing children in dream.
4. Wedding in dream.
5. Constant wet dreams.
6. Constant masturbation.
7. Breast feeding babies in dream.
8. Inability to marry.
9. Rejection by the opposite sex.
10. Chains of unprecedented marital problems.
11. Miscarriages after sex in dreams.
12. Serious pains in genitals when about to have sex especially when you have received several medical attention.
13. Having prolonged pregnancy.
These are few signs of spiritual marriages. Now, let’s look at the most important point.
What are the effects of been married spiritually?
Everything seems to have a good side and a bad side but it is not so with spiritual marriages. Such marriages only has a bad side. Let’s look at a few.
1. A person married spiritually may marry or have his or her marriage delayed.
2. There are huge financial problems with persons married spiritually.
3. A person married spiritually will face serious marital problems.
4. Most divorces are a result of spiritual marriage.
5. Spiritual marriage leads to the empowerment of lust and decay in the society.
6. Spiritual marriages leads to terrible sickness, emptiness and other sexual transmitted diseases which are difficult to be treated.
7. Spiritual marriages destroys pregnancy.
These are just few and I don’t think you like these things. This shows how bad spiritual marriages are. A number of people have been married to ugly spiritual spouses and we got to destroy this union. If you are ready to deal with this, then read on!
How do you deal with spiritual marriages?
Before dealing with this, one must understand that these things can only be broken down spiritually. No other physical activity can break it down. The following includes some of the ways to deal with spiritual marriages.
1. Give your heart to Jesus and repent from all your sins. Demons only get access into the lives of people who allows them. Once you repent of the bad ways, demons cannot stay and therefore has to be forced out.
2. Break every soul tie with all spiritual marriages through prayer.
3. Move away from everything which makes you engage in any wrong sexual activity such as pornography.
4. It’s better to go for deliverance. Deliverance can be done by the person himself or seeing your pastor to help in prayers.
These are all that we can write about spiritual marriages. If you have been blessed reading this, just mail it or share it with a love one today. Spiritual marriages are bad and must be stopped. You can contact me personally if you need more explanation into this. God bless you more and keep your faith strong.

History shows that as far as 1800, abortion was in practice especially overseas with U.S even training midwives in how to do it. During those times, there was no law against such practices. It was only in the 19th century when the church and some states came to speak against it. However, there were some exceptions in their rulings. There were some times when abortion was considered legal.
However, abortion over the years has become not only a health problem but also a very big social canker especially when not done by an expert. There are several reasons why people go to the extent of aborting an unborn child. These reasons rank from unpreparedness to cater for a child, financial constraints, family problems, health issues and sometimes people abort when the pregnancy is as a result of incest or rape.
Longtime in Ghana, there was little knowledge on how abortion was done. During those times, young girls who get pregnant takes a lot of materials which includes poisonous concoctions, broken bottles mixed with drinks, dyes, to mention but few. Sometimes, such leads to successful abortions but amidst several problems which will be addressed later.
In Ghana, abortion is frown upon and seen illegal unless the life of the said woman is in danger. Sometimes, it is seen as legal when the pregnancy is seen as incest. Abortion is totally illegal in Chile, El Salvador, Honduras, Saint Martin (Netherlands Antilles), Dominican Republic and recently Nicaragua. The only countries were abortion is legal are: Puerto Rico, Cuba, three countries of the French Antilles, French Guiana, Guyana and Barbado. In the next paragraphs, I want us to look into how abortion is done, merits and demerits of this practice.

HOW IS ABORTION DONE?
There are a lot of methods used in this practice. However, I will like to point out the procedures used in this act. Doctors can use medications, surgery or a combination of both to end a pregnancy. The method depends on how far along in the pregnancy you are, your medical history and your preference. Abortions during early pregnancy, before 9 weeks, can be done safely with medications. Abortions between 9 and 14 weeks usually are done surgically, although medications may be used to help soften and open the cervix. After 14 weeks, abortions can be done using labor inducing medications that cause uterine contractions or by using these medicines in combination with surgery. There are therefore three forms of abortion; That is
MEDICAL ABORTION
Abortions completed with medication, called medical abortions, are done within 49 days from the start of the pregnancy. Pregnancy usually starts two weeks after the first day of a menstrual period, so this corresponds to nine weeks from the last menstrual period. Medications used to induce abortion include: Mifepristone (Mifeprex), Misoprostol (Cytotec) and Methotrexate. These drugs have a lot of bad effects. Some includes nausea, vomiting, vaginal bleeding and pelvic pain.

SURGICAL ABORTION
The surgical form of abortion deals with the use of medical tools. Usually, the surgical form of abortion includes the following: Menstrual aspiration, Suction or aspiration abortion, Dilation and curettage (D and C), Dilation and evacuation (D and E) and abdominal hysterectomy. This surgical abortion has disadvantages which include: destruction of the womb when done wrongly may result to heavy loss of blood, to mention but few.

INDUCTION OF LABOUR
After 14 weeks of pregnancy, abortion can be done by giving medication that causes the woman to go into labor and deliver the fetus and the placenta. The procedure usually requires hospitalization for more than a day because it involves a labor and delivery. Sometimes dilation and evacuation is necessary to completely remove the placenta. Labor can be induced in one of three ways:
 Invasive. Injecting labor inducing medications by passing a needle through the abdomen and into the uterus, usually within the amniotic sac
 Noninvasive. Giving labor inducing medications by mouth, intravenously (into a vein), through an injection into a muscle, or inserted in the vagina
 A combination of invasive and noninvasive approaches. Usually necessary when abortion is done late in the second trimester, before 24 weeks

Now let’s look into some advantages of abortion.
It may be necessary to safeguard the woman’s health.

Prevent complication arising from pregnancy, if a woman is suffering from diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease etc. A woman should act according to the medical advice.

Abortion helps the parents to have an option whether they want or do not want a child.

It also helps to check the family size.

In situations such as pregnancy arising from rape, or pregnancy in a mentally retarded woman.

Why abortion should be stopped.
It can be termed as a brutality. Many religions do not agree for abortion, as a person is forbidding the chance of life to a developing fetus.
It gives the couple a chance to behave in an irresponsible manner.
Abortion can give rise to medical complications such as recurrent miscarriages, infection, sepsis etc.
It can have a grave impact on a woman’s mental status. She can become depressed with many other mental illnesses.
FACT
DO YOU KNOW, THERE IS MORE ABORTIONS IN GHANA ESPECIALLY THE SENIOR HIGH SCHOOLS?
Now, let’s conclude ourselves. Do you think abortion should be made legal or should be prohibited at all no matter the situation at hand? Just let me know your comments.

Same- sex marriage also known as gay marriage or gender- neutral marriage is marriage between two people of the same sex. Legal recognition of same-sex marriage or the possibility to perform a same-sex marriage is sometimes referred to as marriage equality or equal marriage. The legalization of same-sex marriage is characterized as “redefining marriage” by opponents. Same-sex marriages can be performed in a secular civil ceremony or in a religious setting.
The first historical mention of the performance of same-sex marriages occurred during the early Roman Empire according to controversial historian John Boswell. The fists Roman emperor to have married a man was Nero, who is reported to have married two other males on different occasions.
Another historical mention of such act is in Genesis 19. This happened when the men in the town wanted to sodomise the angels who came to rescue Lot. These two accounts shows that same sex acts were been done long ago.
Same-sex marriages were actually done in secret until recently where people voted for its legalization. For this reason, there are a number of countries where same-sex marriages have been legalized. That is, people can choose to marry whoever they wish without taking any capital punishment. For example, in 342AD, Christian emperors Constantius II and Constants issued a law in the Theodosian Code prohibiting same-sex marriage in Rome and ordering execution for those so married.
Now, let’s look at the various countries where same-sex marriage have been legalized.
 Netherlands
Netherlands was the first country to extend marriage laws to include same-sex couples, following the recommendation of a special commission appointed to investigate the issue in 1995. A same-sex marriage bill passed the House of Representatives and the Senate in 2000, taking effect on 1 April, 2001.
 Belgium
Belgium became the second country in the world to legally recognize same-sex marriages when a bill passed by the Belgian Federal Parliament took effect on 1st June, 2003.
 In 2004, a number of country like Massachusetts (17 May), Yukon (14, July), Newfoundland (21 December), Nova Scotia (24 September).
 In 2005, New Brunswick (23 June), Spain (3 July), Canada (20 July) legalized same-sex marriage.
 In 2006, South Africa, the only country on the African soil, legalized same-sex marriage. Legal recognition of same-sex marriages in South Africa came about as a result of the constitutional court’s decision in the case of Minister of Home Affairs v Fourie.
 Countries like California, Connecticut and Mashantucket Pequot legalized same-sex marriage in 2008.
 In 2009, countries like Norway, Lowe, Sweden, Coquille Indian Tribe, Vermont, and New Hampshire legalized this act.
 Portugal, Iceland, Argentina, Mexican Federal District legalized same-sex marriage in 2010.
 By the close of 2011, countries like New York, Suquamish Tribe, Denmark, and Espirito Santo have done with the legalizing of same-sex marriage.
 In 2012, big nations like Brazil, France, New Zealand, and Uruguay were done legalizing same-sex marriage.
 In 2013, countries like Illinois, Virginia, Oklahoma, Utah, Oregon and other nations were done legalizing same-sex marriage.
 In 2014, Luxembourg, South Carolina, Alabama, Montana and others legalized same-sex marriage.
 In this year 2015, Guam, Chihuahua, Pitcairn Islands and United States legalized same-sex marriage. The next country to legalize this is Greenland on October 1st.
 In 2017, Finland will be legalizing same-sex marriage on 1st March.
How do Same-sex couples give birth?
Since, it’s the same sex, it’s highly impossible to procreate, they rather adopt. There are several organizations these homosexuals adopt. It is argued that since its same sex marriage, kids are kept well. However, I don’t believe such kids will be happy if their friends know their parents are homosexuals.
Does Same-sex marriage have health risks?
Most often, people perceive that since its same sex relationship, the risk of sexual infections are low or avoidable. However, with the case of gays, the man serving as the female will have issues with the anus. There have been several times where ex gays have complained bitterly of excruciating pains and sudden defecating. In the case where partners are not faithful, then sexual infections are possible especially when there is no protection.
The female will have a problem with their wombs as a result of the dildos and sex toys used to penetrate their sex organs as a result of sexual gratification.
What is the take of same-sex marriage from the public?
Apart from South Africa, no other African community has legalized this act. Its looked as been a shameful act. Most religious people do not regard homosexuals as belonging to the family of God. To them, such acts are shameful and sinful.
What is your take on this? Are you in support or against? Let’s have your comments below.

I was exposed to pornography at a young age. During those days, I could spend time gazing to satisfying       the burning lust within. It is a fact that most youths are also into this act too. The constant porn watching became an addiction. Deep within me, I felt the urge to stop it but it seemed I was been made to watch as a slave.
This is the case with most youths today too. Pornography has become an addiction. Most people in their quest to be freed from the chains of ‘porn’ visits prayer camps and other places for help but the funny thing however is that, they still find themselves even much deeper into the act than before.

How to Quit Porn Forever!

 Second, close the sources of temptation to watch porn. That is:
• You might forbid the internet for a period of time or only accessing it only in public rather in private.
• You might need to clean your house, phone, computers from all pornographic materials like magazines, tapes, or others.
• You might need to quit friends who lead you to the path of pornography.
• You might decide to stop staying too much alone and be outside a lot.
 Next, you really have to stay busy: Porn addiction usually starts because people are lonely. So, when you stay busy, you can minimize it and later forget it. For this reason, you can:
• Do some physical exercise to stay active.
• Get into hobbies that can keep you from your phone or computer.
 Most importantly, you really need to be connected to your God. Doing this will help to activate your inner spirit to be strong. You can do the following:

• Reading much of your spiritual books to refresh your mind.
• Visiting your places of worship.
 Final step in your fight against ‘porn addiction’ is to be determine not to return to it again. These can be done:

• Let others also know about this so they can keep you under watch.
